Diet: about started well …
If you are unable to pay most of your weight too much and want to see you back in shape, it is time to put on a diet.
Between saying and doing, however, there is a sea of half … error! To really lose weight is not just the simple decision to put him on a diet.
To start with the right foot, and we hope to obtain valid results and final time for the summer, there must be some clear principles. Here:
- The diet helps you lose weight: do not change the metabolism! When you start a diet, but especially when it follows, is always in my heart the thought of when we can finally go back to eating as usual. Unfortunately this is not possible, return to eat as before the diet would reproduce the conditions that have led to overweight. Maintain, however, is less hard phase weight loss, and this will allow a good balance between what you can do and what will be best avoided.
- Education should be behavioral and food as an integral part of the food. The word diet does not mean eating less but healthy life. Not enough to simply perform a strict diet and superficially better … try to understand and learn as much as possible in order not to fall in the previous mistakes!
- It is essential to a long-term, which extends up to the consolidation of the results achieved. If half the job is to reach the ideal weight, the other half will be to keep it forever.
- Alone do not pay. Of all the ways to do a diet, one that is usually less fruit than do it yourself, which usually begins and ends in a short and more without any results. Precisely because it is not simply to lose weight but to learn to feed, it is important to have a point of reference not only psychological (which is already much), but also informative.
There are countless other aspects to consider, but what really counts is not so much the number of recommendations beds, because the willingness to put them into practice.
It is clear that simply eating less is not enough: we must support the will of being better with some other important prop.
