<p>Examining over 30 studies on long-term weight loss, which over the years have involved thousands of people to diet, the two scientists were able to show that the weight lost taking these diets almost always regarded with interest, and to the detriment of health. </p>
<p>&#8220;At first we may be able to lose even 5-10% of its weight with any diet,&#8221; said Traci Mann, &#8220;but after a while &#8216;the weight back.&#8221; </p>
<p>Of all the people examined in the 31 studies under review, more than two thirds have taken over not only your weight, but have found even within 4-5 years more fat than before.<br />
The so-called yo-yo effect, then, leaves no escape, and can have dangerous effects on health, doubling the risk of developing diabetes and cardiovascular diseases such as stroke and heart attack. </p>
<p>According to scientists, in short, the benefits arising from traditional diets minute are too few compared to the damage potential.
